Introduction

 There is only one life and it needs to be strong to be healthy.To live a healthy life it is necessary to stay connected with our soil,family and friends. The more we stay connected with the loved ones, the more we will be able to live a healthy life,healthy diet and perfect routine . As we get older, we should take care of our health. From the first breath of life till the last breath, we have different routines. we will show you the ways to live a healthy and happy life according to the age group.

Definition and  Importance :

 Your health can be seen in all forms of physical, mental and social well-being, not just in terms of diseases and ailments. Like eating, need, nutrition, diet, management of stress, hygiene and health routine management. To live a full life it is necessary to be healthy. And this is the medium of life by which you can spend your life long.

Nutrition

Importance of balance diet:

It is essential to apply vitality and health to maintain the balance of your life. It is important to use fabrics that makes you healthy. Which vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and healthy visas are included in the morning milk plays an important role in its portion.
Guidelines for a healthy diet:

A balance diet can also prevent the chronic diseases like diabetes,cancer,heart disease and many more.This diseases can be stop before it attacks your body like...(eat healthy food) consuming healthy food like,green vegetables,fruits,proteins,fiber,nutrients,consume healthy oil (like olive oil) to maintain the balance of cholesterol , sugar level in the body.

  • first and foremost thing is to intake minimum 3 liters of water every day
  • intake more fruits and vegetables in your diet which contains diet,nutrients,fiber,which are rich in vitamins,fiber and minerals
  • whole grains are good source of fiber and other nutrients
  • intake lean protein food to regenerate your skin cells like nuts,poultry,fish and legumes
  • limit the intake which are high in cholesterol which may risk in heart disease(instead intake avocados,olive oil)
  • intake brown sugar,honey instead of normal sugar which contains fatty acids,weight gain.
  • do not add normal salt to your meals.you can use pink salt to your meals which helps you to balance pH level,regulate blood sugar,reduce signs of aging,regulate blood sugar,increase libido,improves your respiratory  disease

Food that promote health and vitality:

  • intake colorful vegetables and berries  which are:blueberries,raspberries strawberries and bell peppers,sweet potatoes,carrot which are rich in minerals,vitamins and  antioxidants.
  • take beneficial bacterial food like yogurt, kefir,sauerkraut and kimchi.
  • take fatty fish like salmon, mackerel and sardines which contains omega 3 fatty acids which are important to our brain function and cardiovascular health
  • the grains which are rich in vitamins,fiber and minerals such as quinoa,oats and brown rices.
  • take nuts and seeds in empty stomach such as chia seeds,almonds,walnuts and flex seeds (+pumpkin seeds)
  • green leaves which contains vitamin k, vitamin c iron and calcium ...which are kale,spinach(these can help protect chronic disease)  
  • taking shower twice a day is also a healthy habit.
  • these are the various keys to improve your balance diet.

Exercise

  • Maintain a healthy weight by doing a physical activities.doing exercises on a daily basis will help reduce the extra fat from your body,help maintain a healthy and happy life,reduce the risk of health related problems.
  • physical activity and exercises can help strengthen heart and improves the blood circulation ,and reduce the risk of various health disease including heart problems.
  • help in improvement of mood ,blood circulation and reduces stress,anxiety and depression.
  • improves the bone density and reduce the risk of  osteoporosis with various activities like jogging,running,weight lifting and walking.
  • chronic disease risk can be reduce such as cancer,type 2 diabetes,and  Alzheimer.
  • daily exercises will maintain your health and reduces the risk of health issues.
  • laughing can also help reduce the various risks of depression and sadness (there is an old saying that happy peoples will live a longer life,and smiling persons are the happiest persons).
  • taking shower twice a day will help with blood circulation and maintain a clean life ,like cleaning yourself,cleaning home(comes under healthy hygiene.
  • give importance to your exercise and give rest when needed.overtime you can increase your density and increase time of  your exercise.

Sleep 

  • having a regular sleep for minimum of 7-8 hours a day.
  • maintain a schedule to sleep on a regular bases
  • apart from night sleep,take at least of a 10-15 minutes nap after 1:00 pm in the morning.it helps relaxation of your mind and you are a good to go for work
  • maintain your sleep in a clean and comfortable environment ...such as clean pillows,cool and dark place .
  • relaxation technique and meditation is better before sleeping,help sleep good and relax.
  • avoid intake of any food or liquid  00:30 hour before going to bed.
  • try to manage the stress level through relaxation technique before going to bed.Stress can make it to sleep better.
  • if you have any difficulty in sleeping after following all this help,you may need a health care provider .
  • better sleep also help in memory and learning ,maintain fresh mind ,boost activity and impression ,help improve athletic performance ,reduce the risk of accidents,boost daily routine  activity and inspiration.
  • good sleeping also improves the skin problems,(if you have any) like dark circles,bumps,pimples etc.
  • where as lack of sleep increase the risk of depression,obesity,heart disease and diabetes.

Management of stress

 Managing the stress Level will reduce the risk of various health issues like heart disease,obesity and high blood pressure and depression .stress is normal part of life but when it becomes chronic ,it can have a negative impact on your body.here some of the guidance to maintain the stress level and live a healthy and beautiful life

  •  managing the stress level by identifying the cause(source) of stress,make it easier to manage the stress level 
  • practice relaxation techniques to manage the stress with deep breathing,meditation, yoga and  exercise.
  • as i have written the importance of sleep ,can also manage the stress level .lack of sleep can lead to a stressful life and causes various health issues
  • healthy diet also help with the stress management ,proper food and proper meal can help managing the stress.
  • human contact will also help reduce the stress level,connection with your friends family and neighbors (plays a major role in stress relief process)
  • refresh your mind with taking breaks in the middle of your work ,continuous work can also cause the stress.
  • give priority to your management level,make a schedule for every task and manage the work according to it.(including breaks).

(note)if you have a continuous stress problem ,do consult a doctor.continuous struggle with stress can cause serious mental health issues.

Importance of hydration  

being hydrated in overall health plays an important role in humans life.here some of the importance of hydration and daily water intake is important in humans life . 

  •  intake of about 2.5-3 liters of water every day to be hydrated ,help regulates the body temperature,physical performance 
  • water intakes will regulates the blood circulation,improves metabolism and digestion of our body.
  • promote healthier skin by taking water enough amount as your body needed.it plays an important role in skin lightning,healthy looking skin,radiant,youthful and pimple free skin
  • by keep yourself hydrates ,it flushes the impurities from your body and keep your skin and hair healthier.
  • more over it allows other body organs to function properly and keep hydrated.
  • drinking water will also helps in weight loss 
  • as water helps regulates the body temperature,prevent fatigue and support muscle function to be proper hydrated.
  • better cognitive function,including attention memory and reaction time.
  • 70% of the disease can be cured by water(issues like fever,skin conditions,proper organ function,hair growth etc) 

Healthy habits

  •  ...as i have written in this blog regarding the healthy habits of a human being includes...
  • exercise
  • proper diet
  • enough sleep
  • drinking water
  • proper meditation on a regular bases
  • maintain hygiene
  • meditation
  • intake of vegetables
  • be active outside the gym
  • brushing your teeth before going to bed
  • learning,reading and writing is also a good habit

some of the habits to avoid in human life

some of the habits to avoid is smoking,consuming tobacco drugs and drinking alcohol .intake of tobacco,smoking,drugs and drinking alcohol will cause various risk factors like respiratory issues,heart disease,lung cancer,liver damage,high blood pressure.make your self healthier and better.

Conclusion

having a healthy habit is good, but maintaining these habits as long as you live will be difficult.so,try to maintain your healthy habit like i have written above like drinking plenty of water,keeping yourself hygiene,workout,proper intake of food,meditation, exercise,etc...are the various ways to keep yourself healthy and live a vitality life .being happy and healthy is the most important and need of your life...life is GOD gifted and more over GOD gifted you a healthy life...so thankful to GOD and try to maintain your healthy life and overall well being...
