HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE is the disease that hollows the human from inside, silently weak our body. millions are affecting from this disease regardless of age gender or background. this is undetected conditions with potentially devastating consequences.

hypertension, poor diet, unhealthy food, intake excessive salt, smoking, lack of physical activity, over weight, can contribute to high blood pressure.

Family history can also be the reason of high BP, this is the risk of developing the condition of high BP.
AGE FACTOR :
As you grow old , the risk of hypertension increases in the body.
OVERWEIGHT :
Obesity can also be the reason for inventing hypertension in the body.
CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITIONS :

PRECAUTIONS FOR HYPERTENSION OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE :
Here are some of the precautions to be maintain for people who are suffering from high blood pressure ...according to WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION.
HEALTHY DIET :
Not everyone knows about the maintaining a healthy diet is not only for sick people but it should be maintained by every individual. healthy diet is not easy to maintain, the WHO recommended the dietary approaches to stop hypertension (DASH) diet which includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low fat dairy products, lean proteins, and reducing the unhealthy intakes like saturated and trans fats, cholesterol, sodium (salt), and added sugars.
REGULAR BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING / REGULAR HEALTH CHECK-UPS :
Regular blood pressure monitoring at home or through regular check-ups is must, or maintained.
LIMIT ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION :
limit in your alcohol consumption to moderate levels. the WHO recommends no more one stand drink per day for women and two standard drinks per day for men
LIMIT IN SODIUM (SALT) INTAKE :
limit the food which are high in sodium. instead use herbs, spices, and others flavoring to seasons your your meal.
HEALTHY WEIGHT MAINTENANCE / REGULAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY :
strive to achieve and maintain a healthy weight if you are overweight. you can control weight with healthy diet, regular exercise, regular physical activities, etc. engaging in regular physical activity helps in lower blood pressure.
QUIT SMOKING :
if you are a smoker, quieting is essential to manage / maintain high blood pressure and improving overall cardiovascular health.
MANAGE STRESS :
chronic stress can contribute to high blood pressure. try some stress management techniques such as relaxation exercise, meditation, deep breathing, yoga, engaging in hobbies and activities which can promote relaxation.
MEDICATION ADHERENCE :
medications should take regularly if prescribed, as instructed by your health care professional. do not alter or discontinue medications without consulting your healthcare professional.
