Some of the healthy drinks ...
LUKE WARM WATER WITH LEMON AND HONEY :squeeze few drops of lemon juice into the Luke warm water with 1 tbsp honey.it aids digestion, detoxifies the body, it boost vitamin c. it detoxifies the stomach, clears the skin damages, and keep your skin glow as long as you takes this juice.
FRESH VEGETABLE JUICE :
mix some Spanish leafs with carrot, beets and celery . customized as per your taste .it is rich in nutrients and many other benefactors.
GREEN SMOOTHIE :
blend some green leafs like kale/spinach with some fruits like..banana/berries , and a liquid like coconut water /almond milk .its healthy pack of vitamins,minerals,and antioxidants.
1-2 pinch of turmeric with 1 tbsp of honey and 3-4 drops of lemon ...mix all these ingredients in Luke warm water and take on empty stomach .it has anti inflammatory properties and vitamin c and honey is packed of anti inflammatory antioxidant and anti microbial properties.
COCONUT WATER :
it gives you potential health benefits like hydration , benefits with nutritional content like vitamin c , vitamin b-complex and antioxidant , digestive ,helps in blood pressure regulation , kidney stone prevention.
SOAKED DATES WATER :
soaked 5-7 dates in the water overnight ,then blend it with water . take this water in empty stomach . it benefits you with nutrients, digestive health, natural sweetener , energy boost ,antioxidant properties , healthy heart ,bone health. (note: as this soaked dated contain natural sugar content .so, it can leads to a weight gain .diabetic should monitor their intake properly as per doctors proscription.
KALONJI SEEDS AND METHI WATER :
kalonji seeds is also known as black seeds and nigella seeds .soaked 1 tbsp of kalonji seeds with 1 tbsp of methi seeds into the water overnight . rinse the water and drink it empty stomach.you can add 3-4 drops of lemon into it. it contains anti inflammatory property ,antioxidant effects , good for blood pressure , weight management , blood sugar regulation and digestive health.
