REASONS OF LOW BLOOD PRESSURE

Excessive fluid loss or inadequate fluid intake can lead to low blood pressure.
MEDICATIONS :
Certain medications like those for high blood pressure or heart conditions, may lower blood pressure.
UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS :
Medical conditions like thyroid disorders, heart problem, and adrenal insufficiency can cause lower blood pressure.
NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES :
Lack of essential nutrients like...vitamin B 12, folate, or iron can contribute to lower blood pressure.

STAY HYDRATED :
Maintain proper hydration t your body, especially during hot weather or when engaging in physical activities.
AVOID STANDING UP TOO QUICKLY :
When laying or sitting to standing , do so gradually to allow your body to adjust and prevent sudden drops in blood pressure.
REGULAR INTAKE :
Intake small amount of food or frequent meals through out the day to prevent low blood sugar levels , which can contribute to low blood pressure.
AVOID PROLONGED STANDING :
If you have symptoms of low blood pressure, such as dizziness or light head, try to avoid standing for long.
WEAR COMPRESSION STOCKINGS :
Compression stoking can help improve circulation and prevent blood pooling in the legs, which may alleviate symptoms of low blood pressure.
LIMITED IN ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION :
