MYTH : CARBOHYDRATES ARE BAD FOR YOU

FACTS : this essential micro-nutrients provides energy to our body. however not all carbohydrates are created equal. the carbohydrates which are found in processed food and sugary snacks should be limited [its good when it is completely ignored] .

MYTH :  ALL FATS ARE UNHEALTHY

FACTS : unsaturated fats which are found in avocados, nuts, and olive oils are healthy and essential for our body and supports various functions like...hormone production, brain function and absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, should be included in our balance diet.
on the other hand saturated and trans fats, which are found in processed, oily and fried foods.saturated fats and trans fats should not be considered as healthy fats.

MYTH : DETOX DIETS ELIMINATES TOXINS FROM THE BODY

FACTS : detox diet may not be effective or safe for our body, because the human body has its natural built-in-detoxification system like...liver, kidney, and other organs of the body. detox diet may result in rapid weight loss and rely on restrictive practices which is not be effective and safe for our body.. you should focus on a balance diet which are rich in protein, fruits, vegetables, whole grain and lean protein to support your body natural detoxification processes.

MYTH : SUPPLEMENTS CAN REPLACE A HEALTHY DIET

FACTS : there is no doubt supplements can be helpful in some situations, but cannot be replaced with a healthy and balanced diet. whole fresh food provides a wide range of nutrients, like vitamins, minerals, fiber, and petrochemicals, which work together synergistically. under the guidance of a health care professional or advisor ,the supplements can be used as a complement to a nutritious diet.

MYTH : EATING AT LATE NIGHTS CAUSES WEIGHT GAIN

MYTH : GLUTEN IS BAD FOR EVERYONE

FACTS : gluten is found in wheat, barley, and rye ( "राई" (pronounced as "rai") or "जौ" (pronounced as "jau") ) the person with Celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, should avoid gluten . however majority of the people can safely consumes gluten contain food. it contains important nutrients and fiber and important to differentiate between gluten and gluten free products ..

MYTH : EGG YOLKS ARE BAD FOR YOUR HEART
