VARIOUS HAIR CARE SOLUTIONS NATURALLY

AS far as it comes to your hair, there are many such homemade solutions, using which your hair will become better and gives you 100% result after using these homemade solutions. so, here are the various hair problems and their effective homemade solutions .  

Lets have a look on healthy balance diet for hair problems....

HEALTHY INTAKES FOR HAIR CARE : 

Protein : intake food like protein rich food in your diet like..lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy products, legumes and nuts, dates, white sesame.

Iron : incorporate iron-rich food like... spinach, kale, broccoli, lentils, beans, red meat, poultry, fortified cereals into your meals. intake these iron rich foods to avoid hair loss.

Omega-3 fatty acids : omega-3 fatty acids like...fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines), walnuts, chia seeds flex seeds, and hemp seeds. these are the healthy fats which helps nourish the hair follicles.

Vitamin C : Vitamin C helps in collagen production, which is essential for hair structure. intake vitamin c foods like...citrus fruits, berries, kiwi, guava, peppers, and leafy greens like spinach.

Zinc : zinc deficiency has been linked to causes of hair loss. intake zinc rich foods like...oysters, beef, lamb, pumpkin seeds, chickpeas, and fortified cereals.

Vitamin E : vitamin E is good for hair growth , include the source of vitamin e like sunflower seeds, almonds, spinach, avocados, and olive oil

Selenium : selenium is good source for maintaining a healthy scalp. intake brazil nuts, fish, eggs, and whole grains

HAIR LOSS/HAIR FALL TREATMENT : 

While hair loss treatment naturally can be treated with healthy food intake, good and gentle massage to the scalp by using your fingertips with any oil suits your hair (as per your presences ), proper hair care routine, healthy life style habit,
While hair loss can be treated orally but it will not provide a guaranteed solutions, still you can improve your hair loss problem with this home remedies.
It is important to note that hair fall can be the cause of various reasons. i suggest if you do have any serious health issue, consult a health care professional. 

DANDRUFF

LEMON AND OIL : 
mix 1-2 lemons with Luke warm oil (as per your preferences ), massage your scalp with this mixture for 5-10 minutes and keep it for at least half an hour and wash your  hair with mild shampoo.
WARM COCONUT OIL : 
Apply warm coconut oil on your scalp and keep it for 1-2 hours and rinse it off with mild shampoo.
NEEM WATER : 
Boil some neem leaves in the water, rinse the water and let it cool. use this water after shampoo. it has anti-fungal and antibacterial properties that can help prevent dandruff.
ALOE VERA GEL : 
Apply fresh aloe Vera gel into your scalp directly and rinse it off after 30 minutes. aloe vera gel has antimicrobial and soothing properties that can help prevent dandruff symptoms.
GINGER AND LEMON OILING : 
take 2-3 inch of ginger, make it a paste, add 1-1/2 lemon and oil into this paste and massage this mixture into your scalp for about 10 minutes. keep it for 30 minutes to 1 hour and rinse your hair with mild shampoo.

DRY HAIR, DAMAGED HAIR, AND FRIZZY HAIR : 

COCONUT OIL : 
Apply coconut oil on your scalp and keep it for 1-2 hours and rinse it off with mild shampoo.
apply hair moisturizer as usual.
if you want the best result for dry hairs, you can keep coconut hair oil for whole night.
AVOCADO HAIR MASK : 
Apply hair mask for 1-2 hours and rinse it off with mild shampoo. 
take 1 ripe of avocado and add 1-2 tbsp of honey mix it and apply it on your hairs focus on the ends. it helps in damage hairs,  
BANANA AND OLIVE OIL HAIR MASK : 
Mashed one ripe of banana and mix it with olive oil, apply it on your hairs and  keep it for 30-40 minutes and rinse it off with mild shampoo. bananas re rich in vitamins, minerals and natural oils which helps in damaged hairs and keep it moisturize
HONEY AND YOGURT HAIR MASK :
Mix 2 tbsp of honey and half cup of yogurt mix it well and apply it on your hairs. rinse it off with mild shampoo. it helps in keep moisturize your hair and restore damaged hairs 
EGG AND HONEY HAIR MASK : 
Mix 2 eggs with 2 tbsp of honey and apply it for 20-30 minutes and rinse it off with cold water as warm water can be difficult to remove eggs from the hairs. use conditioner as usual. Eggs contain protein and nutrients that can help strengthen and nourish dry, damaged hair
FLEX SEED GEL :
Boil 2 tbsp of flex seed in 1 glass of water, boil until it gets thick. apply this cold mixture for 20-30 minutes and rinse it off with mild shampoo.

OILY SCALP AND GREASY HAIR MASK :

LEMON JUICE :
After washing your hair, apply lemon juice (1-2 lemon and a cup of water ) into your scalp and hair and rinse it after few minutes. 
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR :
After washing your hair apply apple cider vinegar (1-2 tbsp of ACV and 1 cup of water ) into your hair and scalp and rinse it off after few minutes with water.
ALOE VERA GEL : 
Apply fresh aloe Vera gel into your scalp directly focusing on roots and rinse it off after 30 minutes. aloe vera gel has antimicrobial and soothing properties that can help prevent oiliness.
EGG YOLK HAIR MASK : 
whisk Egg yolk and apply it into your hair and scalp and leave it for 20 minutes and rinse it off with cold water. it help regulate oil production into the scalp. 

SPLIT ENDS

Split ends does not have any permanent solutions accept to cut it off. still if you want a temporarily solution for split ends ...here are some of the homemade solutions for split ends naturally for temporary bases...

AVOCADO AND OLIVE OIL MASK
Take one ripe of avocado and 2-3 tbsp of olive oil and apply it on your split ends. after 30 minutes rinse it off with shampoo as usual.
HONEY AND EGG MASK :
Beat one egg with 2-3 tbsp of honey, apply this mixture to your split ends and rinse it off with shampoo as usual. eggs have proteins which helps strengthen hairs naturally.
COCONUT OIL : 
Apply coconut oil on your scalp and keep it for 1-2 hours and rinse it off with mild shampoo.
apply hair moisturizer as usual.
if you want the best result for dry hairs, you can keep coconut hair oil for whole night.
PAPAYA AND YOGURT HAIR MASK : 
Blend 1/2 ripe papaya with a cup of plain yogurt and apply this mixture on your hairs. keep it for 30 minutes and rinse it off with shampoo as usual. Papaya contains enzymes that can help exfoliate and soften the hair, while yogurt adds moisture and shine.

PREMATURE WHITE HAIRS :
Premature white can not be reversed but it can be stopped by taking healthy intakes as discussed above .

COCONUT OIL WITH HERBS :
heat 1/2 liters coconut oil adding  1 tbsp black seeds, 1 tbsp methi seeds . use this oil as usual for your hair . this oil can cure not even white hairs but it can cure many hair problems you are dealing with.
COCONUT OIL AND CURRY PATTA LEAVES :
heat 1/2 liters of coconut oil with some curry patta leaves . use this oil as usual for your hair.. 
DYEING HAIRS :
Dye your hairs can be temporary and permanent. there are various types of color are available in the market.
